The Dawg Run.

This Saturday, November 5, be a part of something really cool.

Here is run down:

Do you have a strong set of legs and a cast iron stomach? If so, join us for 1st annual Dawg Run to benefit the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. We’ll start at Provo High School, run to J Dawgs, eat a ridiculously good hotdog, then run back. It’s just 2.2 miles roudtrip. Awards will be given and hotdog costumes are highly encouraged! We guarantee a ton of fun, bragging rights and bodacious memories for weeks to come…

Why are we participating in this? J Dawgs loves to support local charities that uplift our community. We try particularly to support groups that benefit less fortunate kids. Some of our other favorite charities are the VIP adaptive Softball league in Mapleton, The Forever Young Foundation, Chad Lewis Golf Classic (also benefiting Cystic Fibrosis), Kaiizen, The Girl Scouts of America, and Primary Children’s Hospital.

All adult shirts are printed on a district threads brand shirt–which is super soft, more durable, and has more style than most t-shirts on the market. Many people tell us their J Dawgs shirt is the most comfortable shirt they own.

We will also be getting in a ladies v-neck style within a week or so.

This review is especially significant to us because it is based on reviews from critics, food bloggers, and friends. Anyone can write a review on urbanspoon. It’s not just the folks at such-and-such newspaper or some supposed “best of” competition (that doesn’t represent everyone, just those that pay the admission fee) that write these reviews.

While those accolades are nice, it doesn’t mean nearly as much to us as this one does. You made this happen. You voted us number one. You wrote great reviews for us.
